Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €50. Orders below €50 may be subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Order Tracking Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at info@rapuntek.shop with your order number and photos of any damage.
