30-Day Return Policy You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Items missing original packaging
• Digital products or software
• Items marked as final sale

How to Start a Return Email us at info@rapuntek.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost. Contact us at info@rapuntek.shop within 30 days of delivery.
