Digital products or software
Items marked as final sale

How to Start a Return

Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Ship the item back using a tracked service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost. Please contact us at info@rapuntek.shop within 30 days of delivery.
