We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at info@rapuntek.shop with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).
Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Exceptions — the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
- Sealed audio, video recordings, or software if unsealed after delivery
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the full purchase price including the original standard outbound shipping cost within 14 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
30-Day Return Policy Outside of EU withdrawal rights, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items missing original packaging
- Digital products or software (once the download has begun)
- Sealed software or media once the seal is broken
- Items marked as final sale
These exemptions also apply under EU withdrawal rights where permitted by law.
How to Start a Return Log in to your account at https://shopify.com/106383606090/account and go to Orders, or email us at info@rapuntek.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (and within 14 days for EU withdrawal requests).
Exchanges If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost. Contact us at info@rapuntek.shop within 30 days of delivery.
